Oolong teas (also known as Wulong)are partially oxidized and possess some of the qualities of both black and green teas. Oolongs (Wulongs) are known for their aromatic, fruity, sometimes sweet-sometimes bracing tastes. Their caffeine content lies somewhere between black and green teas. Oolong (Wulong) teas are brewed with slightly less than boiling water for 3-7 min. Most oolongs are meant to be brewed multiple times.
